Phở Nam Brings Old-School Saigon Noodle-Shop Cooking to Downtown Miami
From the team behind Tâm Tâm, the Flagler Street newcomer serves phở, bánh xèo and whole fried fish.

A new Vietnamese spot has landed downtown. Phở Nam, at 270 E. Flagler Street, comes from Tam Pham and Harrison Ramhofer, the duo behind Tâm Tâm, and was set for a September 3 grand opening.
The restaurant draws on old-school Saigon noodle shops. The menu centers on phở, with bánh xèo, brisket-topped bánh tráng nướng and whole fried fish served with lettuce wraps.
Part of a busy September
Phở Nam appeared on Fine Dining Lovers' list of September's best Miami openings, alongside a waterfront Italian restaurant on Grove Isle, a sourdough pizzeria in Coral Gables and a Wynwood newcomer, signaling a strong start to the city's fall dining season.
