Delray Beach's Alma Expands to Wynwood with a Shareable Modern American Menu
Chef Coton Stine's new Miami location serves gochujang-glazed shrimp, lamb chops and Burgundy-braised short rib.

A Palm Beach County favorite is going urban. Alma has opened a second restaurant at 310 NW 24th Street in Wynwood, expanding from Delray Beach with chef Coton Stine at the helm.
The shareable, modern American menu features cashew pâté, gochujang-glazed local shrimp, scallops, lamb chops and Burgundy-braised short rib.
Wynwood keeps growing
The opening joins other September newcomers in the neighborhood, including MINS Coffeehouse at 194 NW 24th Street, a trailer specializing in phin-dripped robusta from Buôn Ma Thuột and matcha from Uji, with drinks like the Phê Mê, made with condensed milk and salted black sesame foam.
