Not every Michelin nod comes with a big price tag. As part of the 2026 Florida selection, inspectors expanded the state's Bib Gourmand list — their designation for high-quality food at friendly prices — to 45 restaurants, adding 10 new spots stretching from St. Augustine and Pensacola to Miami and Key West.

The value list is a road map to some of Florida's most beloved everyday eating. In Tampa, honorees included Rooster & the Till and Psomi; Orlando's roster of Bib Gourmand spots grew to more than a dozen, featuring names like Otto's High Dive and Smokemade Meats + Eats. A newcomer in North Miami Beach, the Peruvian seafood counter Barra Callao, drew particular praise for a tight, well-executed menu.

Where the everyday shines

The Bib Gourmand often reveals more about a region's food culture than its starred rooms. Michelin frames the honor as a place where two courses and a drink land around $50 — a reminder that Florida's dining renaissance is playing out at strip-mall counters and neighborhood favorites as much as at white-tablecloth destinations.
